In collaboration with Bheri Ganga Municipality, CIPDRD organized a one-day awareness training at Ward No. 6 Office Hall. The session focused on educating participants about their rights and protections under CEDAW Article 39, targeting indigenous women with disabilities from Wards 6 and 7.
Outcomes:
- Increased knowledge of CEDAW and its legal implications.
- Enhanced understanding of the rights and protections for indigenous women with disabilities.
- Strengthened capacity to advocate for rights at local levels.
